Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment (if required).

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Bridal & Formal Orders

• Bridal bookings require advance payment.

• Bridal slots are limited and reserved specifically for each client.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations before stitching begins may be eligible for partial refund.

• Once stitching has started, cancellation is not permitted.

• Bridal bookings may be non-refundable due to time reservation.

4. Late Pickup

• Customers are requested to collect orders within agreed timeline.

• Storage beyond reasonable time may incur additional charges.

5. Urgent Orders

• Urgent stitching requests may include express charges.
