Return & Refund Policy

At ZEEFAH Clothing and Tailoring, we specialize in customized stitching services. Because each order is tailored according to the customer’s measurements and design preferences, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Custom-Stitched Items

All stitched items are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

• Custom-stitched items are non-returnable.

• Refunds are not applicable once stitching has started.

2. Bridal & Formal Orders

Bridal and formal stitching slots are limited and reserved in advance.

• Advance payments for bridal orders are generally non-refundable.

• Once fabric is cut or stitching begins, cancellation is not permitted.

• Minor fitting adjustments may be offered where reasonably possible.

3. Alterations

If fitting adjustments are required due to stitching error on our side:

• We will offer reasonable corrections at no extra cost.

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer:

• Alteration charges may apply.

4. Fabric Provided by Customer

If the customer provides their own fabric:

• ZEEFAH Clothing and Tailoring is not responsible for fabric defects.

• Damage due to fabric quality issues is not eligible for refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if:

• Stitching has not yet started.

• Fabric has not been cut.

• Work has not commenced.

Refund approval (if applicable) will be at the discretion of management.

6. Late Collection

Customers are requested to collect stitched items within the agreed timeframe. We are not responsible for items left uncollected beyond a reasonable period.
